Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options at checkout:

  • Parcel locker — pick up your order at a convenient Omniva, LP Express, DPD, or Venipak parcel locker near you
  • Home delivery (courier) — delivered directly to your address

You can select your preferred delivery method and specific parcel locker location during checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.


Processing & Delivery Times

Stage Timeframe
Order processing 1–2 business days
Delivery 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery 3–7 business days

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.


Delivery Notifications

You will receive notifications from the carrier when your parcel is dispatched and when it arrives at your chosen parcel locker. Parcel lockers hold your package for 7 calendar days — please collect it within this time to avoid it being returned.


Failed Delivery

If a courier delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@72survive.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
